Act 12: Taubman Moves for an Injunction

On September 25, 2001, the Taubman Company followed through on their threat and proceeded with litigation against me, in the form of a motion for a preliminary injunction and an expedited hearing date. I haven't yet had the time to apply OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to this document, so you can't yet view it in HTML text, which would be the clearest way to present it.
