Act 124: I Reply to Doug's Response

I was not at all familiar with the back-and-forth of the procedure for requesting that the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission reconsider a complaint that they've dismissed, but it seemed to involve affording me the opportunity to reply to Doug's response to my request.
