BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF DEFENDANT'S MEMORANDUM IN OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR
PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
Preliminary Note about Pronouns
This brief was created by Defendant Henry Mishkoff. In Plaintiff's brief, Plaintiff consistently
refers to me as "Defendants." (WebFeats, by the way, is simply a DBA I use primarily for my
Internet-related development efforts.) I assume that this usage is legally correct. However, in my
brief, I cannot help but feel awkward about referring to myself not only in the third person, but also
as a plural. Accordingly, I refer to myself in this brief with the first-person singular pronouns "I"
and "me."
