Act 46: I Appeal the New Injunction

On December 10, 2001, three days after Judge Zatkoff ordered me to remove my TaubmanSucks.com website from the Web, I filed a notice of appeal. (Actually, I was on vacation; Paul Levy of Public Citizen, who is representing me on this appeal – and on the appeal of the first injunction as well – filed a notice of appeal on my behalf.)
