Act 75: We File More Discovery Requests

When Taubman amended their complaint, they opened the door to more discovery requests on both sides. Accordingly, on April 13, 2002, we sent Taubman's attorneys a document entitled "Defendant's Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents and Things to Plaintiffs Relating to Copyright Claim." I'm presenting that document as inline graphics on this page and on the following page. Note that I cut-and-pasted the material together, so it may appear to be a little uneven – in which case I want to stress that the fault is entirely mine. (Also note that I'm not including the preliminary material, which consists of definitions and other legal mumbo-jumbo.)
