Congratulations. So this is "speedy" justice, huh. "Good things come
to those who wait."
I'm very impressed that Public Citizen has stayed with you on this. My
opinion of that organization increased greatly after I read about your
plight. I dropped them a note of support and a donation on that basis.
I'm with you, and I'm sure that all rank and file citizens are pulling
for you in spirit as well. In today's big business climate, any of us
could be targeted for flattening by a large corporation on their whim if
we happened to wander into their field of vision.
I can truly imagine this is costing you a bundle even with n/c legal
representation. Your lost time alone is worth a great deal, both in
lost earning opportunity, and in time lost for more creative and
satisfying endeavors. Frivolous use of deep corporate pockets to harass
individuals in court or otherwise should be considered a form of
assault. It truly robs you of a part of your "life, liberty and pursuit
of happiness."
