Subject: Congratulations and comments
I have been following your battles for some time now, and was very pleased to
hear about the ruling in your favor from the appeals court. I've told many
friends about the site... It's encouraging to see one man take on the legal
system. To quote a line from the Adams Family - "They say that a man who
represents himself in court has a fool for a client. And with God as my
witness, I am that fool!" Obviously some early troubles came from a lack of
understanding of the archaic and complex system set up to keep lawyers rolling
in money, but it's been great to see you learn the system and trip up the so-called
"experts" Taubman has working for them. I have to say that I've learned
more about the legal system from your experiences and your willingness to share
the documents with all of us than from any other source so far. When this is
all said and done, you need to compile it all into a book form, and call it "I
fought the lawyers, and the law won." Of course, I'll expect royalties if you
do use that title... wink
