Subject: user feedback on your Taubman lawsuit
I've read your story on the TheTechMag magazine and further details on
your "gripe" site. I just want to voice some of my opinions.
There are two parts to your story. The first is with the registration
and use of the "shopsatwillowbend.com" domain name. I think this matter
is still in murky legal waters and will not comment further.
The second is with the registration and use of the various "gripe"
sites such as:
I believe, in my layman's understanding of the law, that this is
totally legal and protected under the First Amendment (as long as they
contain truths). I am happy to hear that you won the battle against
Taubman on this point. I am also sad to hear that you were actually
ordered to shut up (i.e. remove the above sites). Such is the state of
censorship in our country.
