Subject: Is it right to bully
I personally think the legal system is catering to money and not to people's
rights. Not only that, it pretends to be blind to obvious solutions and
just wants to spend the client's money and convince the client that lawyers
are the only people that can deal with this.

I would think a real person contacting from your company contacting this
person, not a lawyer, would solve all the problems.
But that is just my opinion.
